We have built in small grace period for everyone during this process. If you will be more than 2 weeks later than the deadline, employees may also file an appeal for a deadline extension.
The extended due date will be determined based on what is put in the appeal. The appeals form is at www.dsiverify.com/appeals or you may call DSI to have a copy mailed or emailed to you. There is not a link to the appeals page within the website, so you have to type the URL in directly and log in to the website. Information about the appeal option will also be included with the final letter.
