Employees can see their dependent eligibility status in real time by logging into their unique personal portal. Employees should allow 2 business days for DSI to process submissions.
As soon as documents are processed employees are sent status update emails in real time to the address on file, letting employees know if they are done, partial, and what else they might need to do to complete the verification. Employees should check the spam folder as sometimes they may end up there.
