Has it been more than 2 business days since your submission by web, fax or email? If it has not been two days yet, DSI will email you as soon as your documents are reviewed.
If it has been longer than 2 business days, check your status online at www.dsiverify.com before calling DSI, as well as checking your email spam folder.
If you mailed your documents, you should wait at least a week before seeking updated status of dependents. If DSI does not have your email address on file, you will be mailed a hard copy letter of the result via US Mail.
