The End of Domestic Partner Coverage [infographic]

Recently, we published the results of our client survey regarding the future of Domestic Partner Coverage. As you may have read here on the DSI Blog, our findings surprised many experts, even among DSI Staffers.

It does appear, in the wake of the historic Obergefell vs. Hodges SCOTUS ruling, that many employers plan to phase out Domestic Partner Benefits.

At DSI we believe sensitive communication is paramount to a successful dependent audit. A project with good intentions, if communicated poorly, can be a disaster. That’s why we further surveyed our clients to explore how they intended to communicate this change to their employees.
